Stonebrook Apartments, Victoria Tx

Here's a nice blog post about Stonebrook Apartments in Victoria Texas.  Looks like some good things are on the horizon for them.  I know that they have been working hard on their property and from what I hear, it's a pretty nice property now.  Anyway take a look, I think there are more pictures and amenities listed on their page.

Pinnacle Pointe, Victoria Texas

Pinnacle Point, in our opinion  is one of the nicer properties in the Victoria Area.  Featuring affordable housing units, the owners didin't skimp on amenities when building the property.  For example, they have a beautiful swimming pool, washer and dryer connections, covered parking, gas ranges, a nice clubhouse and oversized closets.  A full list of the amenities and pictures of the property can be seen here... Pinnacle Point, Victoria Texas.  See what I mean about the pool, it's really probably the best apartment pool in town.  They are also one of the few properties in the area to feature 3 bedroom units. At the time we wrote this their 3 bedroom 2 baths were going for $795 a month - pretty good for this market.

They also accept pets with a $300 deposit.  But they do have a weight limit of 65 pounds.

Sage Creek Apartments Victoria Tx

Sage Creek Apartments has been busy sprucing up their property.  They have just finished a redo on their parking lot that had developed some pot-holes in recent rains.  We've always been fans of Sage Creek and their office staff and management company - to us they seem like a very proactive bunch.

Their property has some nice features as well; the zero-entry swimming pool is a nice amenity.  That's a type of pool that gently slopes in to the water - no steps - I don't think anyone in Victoria has something like it.  It's nice for laying out while sticking your feet in the water on a hot summer day.  They lease only one bedroom apartments - so you have to be a pretty small family if you're going to consider renting from them.  But if it fits what you need check out this link for picture, rents and more information... Mockingbird Lane apartments in Victoria has updated their page with new pictures and new information.  Talk a look and see if it's an apartment that you might be interested in.  I think the are subsidized housing.  So know that going that you're going to need to meet some income requirements.
