Pinnacle Pointe, Victoria Texas
Pinnacle Point, in our opinion is one of the nicer properties in the Victoria Area. Featuring affordable housing units, the owners didin't skimp on amenities when building the property. For example, they have a beautiful swimming pool, washer and dryer connections, covered parking, gas ranges, a nice clubhouse and oversized closets. They are also one of the few properties in the area to feature 3 bedroom units. At the time we wrote this their 3 bedroom 2 baths were going for $795 a month - pretty good for this market.
They also accept pets with a $300 deposit. But they do have a weight limit of 65 pounds.

Sage Creek Apartments Victoria Tx
Sage Creek Apartments has been busy sprucing up their property. They have just finished a redo on their parking lot that had developed some pot-holes in recent rains. We've always been fans of Sage Creek and their office staff and management company - to us they seem like a very proactive bunch.
Their property has some nice features as well; the zero-entry swimming pool is a nice amenity. That's a type of pool that gently slopes in to the water - no steps - I don't think anyone in Victoria has something like it. It's nice for laying out while sticking your feet in the water on a hot summer day. They lease only one bedroom apartments - so you have to be a pretty small family if you're going to consider renting from them.
