Looks like Silvermine Apartments on Navarro are under new management. Greystar property management has taken the helm of the above average property.
Currently Greystar manages Victoria Station Apartments in town. One of the few A+ properties in the region.
We'll see what this means for the property but, usually it's a sign of good things to come.

Victoria Apartment News
Hi folks and welcome to my first blog post. Dedicated to giving you up to date info about finding an Apartment in Victoria Texas.
With this summers news that Illinois-based Caterpillar Inc is building an close to 1,000,000 square foot facility here in Victoria and adding a ton of workers, apartments have been scrambling to keep up with demand. It seems like there isn't a property in town that isn't at or close to full capacity. Last week I taked with 10 managers at different properties and consensus seems to be that occupancy will remain high for a while to come.
Great news for all the Victoria Texas apartment managers and owners. But for the apartment seekers... expect higher rates then last year, fewer specials when you sign a lease, and fewer open apartments.
